Into the Woods
A journey into play, adventure, and discovery, inspired by time spent exploring the woods — foraging for brambles, collecting conkers, climbing trees, and uncovering hidden spaces.
Working with hand-painted papers, textures are built through layering colour to echo seeds, leaves, bark and forest undergrowth. Shapes are cut and arranged through an intuitive process of drawing with scissors, capturing the richness and complexity of the natural world.
Each design begins as a hand-cut collage, evolving into immersive repeat patterns for wallpaper and fabric.
