We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, and imagery are accurate.
However:
- colours may vary depending on screen settings
- printed wallpaper and fabric colours may vary slightly between batches
- scale and texture may appear differently in person
- handmade and printed products may contain slight variations
Product imagery, mock-ups, and styled interiors are intended as visual guides only.
Some lifestyle and interior images on this website are digitally generated or visual mock-ups intended to demonstrate scale and styling inspiration.

5. Terms of Sale
By placing an order through the Site, you agree to these Terms.
5.1 Order Process
To place an order:
- add items to your basket
- proceed to checkout
- confirm your details
- complete payment
After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Order acceptance occurs when production begins or when your order is dispatched, at which point a binding contract is formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:
- pricing or product description errors occur
- an item becomes unavailable
- payment cannot be authorised
- fraudulent activity is suspected
If an order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.
6. Made-to-Order Products
All wallpapers, fabrics, and samples are produced to order.
This means:
- lead times may vary
- slight colour and scale variations may occur
- products are printed specifically for your order
Because products are made to order, customers are strongly encouraged to order samples before placing larger wallpaper or fabric orders.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they order sufficient quantities of wallpaper and fabric before purchase.
As products are printed in batches, slight colour variations may occur between different print runs. We therefore recommend ordering all required quantities at the same time.
7. Samples
Samples are intended as guides for colour, texture, and scale.
Please note:
- samples may not show the full repeat of a design
- colours can vary slightly between print runs
- samples are non-refundable unless faulty
We strongly recommend reviewing samples in the intended space and lighting conditions before placing a full order.
8. Wallpaper Installation & Product Suitability
Customers are responsible for inspecting wallpaper and fabric before cutting, hanging, or installation.
We cannot accept liability for installation costs or consequential losses relating to products that have already been cut, treated, or installed.
Professional installation is strongly recommended for all wallpaper products.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation methods, unsuitable adhesives, or inadequate wall preparation.
Customers are responsible for checking the suitability of fabrics for their intended use, including upholstery and commercial applications.
Please contact us before ordering if you require specific technical or fire safety information.
9. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Fiona McTaggart is currently not VAT registered.
Prices do not include delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.
All products are subject to availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.
10. Delivery
Estimated lead times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on production schedules and supplier lead times.
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import charges in their destination country.
11. Cancellation & Returns
11.1 Made-to-Order Wallpaper & Fabric
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, made-to-order and personalised goods are exempt from standard cancellation rights once production has begun.
As all wallpaper and fabric products are printed to order, orders cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has started.
Returns are accepted only if products are:
- faulty
- damaged during delivery
- materially different from the approved order
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where possible.
11.2 Samples
Samples are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
12. Trade Orders
Trade accounts and trade pricing may be offered at our discretion.
Minimum order quantities may apply to trade purchases.
Trade customers are responsible for checking specifications, quantities, and suitability before placing orders.
13. Accuracy of Information & Errors
We reserve the right to correct any:
- typographical errors
- pricing mistakes
- inaccuracies
- omissions
Information may be updated without prior notice.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any rights you are entitled to under UK consumer law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- losses not caused by our breach or negligence
- indirect or consequential losses
- business losses, including loss of profits or revenue
- delays caused by third-party delivery providers or manufacturers
Products are supplied for personal and interior use only.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, strikes, transport disruption, natural events, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party services.
16. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
